So, here's my first DA journal entry. I keep a blog, in a couple places actually, but it's mundane stuff about work and my health and my family and etc...

I do occasionally blog about my writing. Except...the people who read my blog aren't really Teen Titans fans. I'm fairly certain none of them have read any of my Falling stuff, even though I've posted it there. Most of them have read at least some of my other stuff, especially my Star Wars stuff, but that's not where I am right now. So I'll put this here.

The muse and I have been arguing. The latest chapter of Curse of the Bat is going very slowly. I've got most of the beginning worked out, and some of the end, but nothing of the middle. It's the middle that's interesting, but I've been forcing myself to work on the beginning. It's a big plot point, but the muse finds it boring, as it's not really character work. It needs to be there to drive the story forward, but...

The middle and the end are very character driven and more fun, but I need to get there first. That, and the muse keeps wanting to work on a scene that's not coming for several chapters yet. I keep trying to pull her back, but she's very stubborn.

So...yeah. It's coming. I am working on it. I think about it every day. I know it's been a while since the last update, but be patient. It'll be worth it.
